(MENAFN- Arab Times) Hawally security patrols continued tracking down those wanted by law for their involvement in various crimes in compliance with the instructions of Director Brigadier Ghaloom Habeeb. During the crackdown, the securitymen arrested a Kuwaiti suspected of possessing narcotic substances due to his abnormal condition. The securitymen observed the suspect in Salmiya as he was driving recklessly. The officers signaled for the suspect to pull over and they inspected the vehicle. The officers found some drugs, mobiles and other things from the vehicle. A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to determine if the Kuwaiti committed a crime or no
