Albania's imports up 0.9 percent in Jan


(MENAFN) Goods import in Albania reached USD329.3 million in January, logging a 0.9 percent increase from the corresponding month a year before, Xinhua reported.



ATA said that the figure registered in the month marks a 39.4 percent drop from December



INSTAT said that imports wood and paper-based products; leather and its by-products; textiles and footwear were the largest imported goods with an increase of 32.8 percent, 26.8 percent and 20.4 percent, respectively



Imports of minerals, fuel and energy, however, dropped 8.9 percent, while imports of construction materials and metals fell 4.6 percent
