(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will arrive here on Monday for a two-day visit to Tunisia. Tunisian Foreign Minister said in a statement today that Lavrov will meet with the Interim Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki and the interim Prime Minister Mahdi Jomaa in addition to his counterpart Mongi Al-Hamedi. The visit comes in the context of strengthening cooperation between the two countries, the statement added. This will be the first visit by Lavrov as a Russian Foreign Minister since he took the office in 2005.
