Jordan ,Indonesia Discuss Bilateral Relations


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) King Abdullah II of Jordan and Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyon held talks here on Wednesday focussing on bolstering bilateral relations and ways of developing them in all domains. The two leaders discussed the political situation in the Middle east and efforts exerted to achieve peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis as well as the latest developments in the Syrian crisis, Petra news agency reported. They called for cooperation and coordination among Islamic countries within the frame of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) to gather international support for the peace efforts between the Palestinians and the Israelis. For his part, the Indonesian President affirmed his country's keenness on strengthening ties and cooperation with Jordan and valued the fact that many Indonesian students study at Jordanian universities to learn Islamic sciences and Arabic language which are very important to the Indonesian Muslim communit
