(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Abu Dhabi Fund for Development has signed a loan agreement with the Zambian government, according to which ADFD will provide AED 36.7 million to contribute in establishing three university colleges in the African country. The agreement was signed by Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, ADFD director general, and Pamela C. Kabamba, Zambia's permanent secretary of budget and economic affairs, state news agency WAM reported.
