(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Foreign Minister of the Philippines Albert Del Rosario, met here on Wednesday with the UAE Minister of Economy Sultan bin Said Al-Mansouri, who is currently visiting Manila. During the meeting, they discussed prospects of bilateral economic and commercial cooperation in addition to the importance of promoting the trade between the two countries. Earlier, the Emirati minister met with the Philippines Vice-President Jejomar Binay, to discuss ways to develop economic and investment cooperation relations between the two countries. Al-Mansouri started on Monday an official visit to the Philippines, to be followed by a five-day visit to Malaysia aiming to discuss expanding UAE's economic cooperation with the two countries
