Portugal's exports increase 5.7 percent last year


(MENAFN) The Portuguese Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade said that the country's exports of goods and services last year went up 5.7 percent, Xinhua reported



The agency said that exports hit USD93.7 billion in 2013, going up 5.7 percent from the year before it



Exports of goods accounted for 69.9 percent of the total with an increase of 4.9 percent year-on-year, while exports of services went up 7.7 percent



The country's exports to the European Union climbed 5 percent. Exports to non-EU countries, which accounts for 31 percent of the total, increased 7.2 percent
