Bahrain attracts 35 international businesses in 2013


(MENAFN) The Bahraini Economic Development Board (EDB) said that 35 international businesses were established in the country last year, Saudi Gazette reported



The EDB, through direct outreach activities, attracted USD114 million of foreign investment to the kingdom



The investments attracted, representing a 12 percent increase from 2012, were from North America, Europe and Asia



Executive Director of Business Development at the Bahrain EDB said: "We are delighted so many international businesses have chosen to locate their Middle East operations in Bahrain"
