The company said that operating profit fell 10 percent from USD1.14 billion in 2012 to USD1.03 billion
CRH Chief Executive said: "We believe that 2013 represents the trough in our profits, and that 2014 will be a year of profit growth.
CRH said that it registered a pre-tax loss of USD295.4 million last year versus a pre-tax profit of USD887.7 million
