Experts said that sales growth resulted from lower mortgage costs and declining interest rates during last year
Ä°stanbul saw the largest number of sales with 234,789, accounting 20.3 percent of total sales in 2013
Ankara followed Ä°stanbul as the second highest number of sales with 137,773, 11.9 percent of total sales
