(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has received a written message from Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, pertaining to bilateral relations. The message was handed over by Minister of Emiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah during a meeting Monday with President Bouteflika.
