Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) chairman said: "Tourism is an untapped resource. Turning Qatar towards a tourism economy is the first step after oil and gas."

The chairman added that the Gulf nation is committed to developing a sustainable tourism and hospitality sector as it targets more than seven million visitors by 2030.
