The planned project will require the retailer to set up a representative's office in the Myanmar's largest and former capital city to lay groundwork for launching a shopping mall in the country
The government Myanmar has revamped the nation's foreign investment law to allow foreign retailers to invest in large retailing business
Aeon already operates in China in addition to Malaysia and Thailand
