(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The Russian Foreign Ministry has recalled the Russian ambassador from Ukraine to Moscow for consultations. "In connection with the aggravation of the situation in Ukraine and with the need for all-round analysis of the existing state of affairs a decision has been made to recall the ambassador of the Russian Federation from Ukraine to Moscow for consultations," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement, reported Itar-Tass news agency. The Parliament in Ukraine on Sunday named its speaker as interim president. Oleksandr Turchynov took charge following the dismissal of President Viktor Yanukovych on Saturday. Turchynov told MPs they had until Tuesday to form a new unity government. The health ministry said 88 people, mostly protesters, are now known to have been killed in clashes between the opposition and security forces since February 18
