(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Arsen Avakov, a Ukrainian opposition official, has been chosen as the new interior minister. The overwhelming majority of lawmakers supported his appointment in a vote in parliament dpa reported. Avakov is chairman of the Fatherland party in eastern Ukraine
