(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The Ministry of Civil Service (MoCS) will open Oman's leading HR event- ‘Oman HR and Nationalisation 2014' at Park Inn Muscat on Sunday.
The event will be held under the auspices of Dr Hammad bin Hamad Ghaferi, advisor at MoCS.
According to a press release, there will be a keynote address on ‘Explosive People Development' by Basem al Attar, an author, following which Muneera al Obaidi, manager, Omanisation department in MoCS will deliver a case study on nationalisation in the public sector.
In addition, senior representatives from the Ministry of Manpower will meet the attendees. The event which will go on till Tuesday will also have a two-day conference with focus on how to match people management against business performance to create a high-performance culture within an organisation.
