Cambodia, Hong Kong trade up 19 percent in 2013


(MENAFN) Trade between Cambodia and China's Hong Kong surged by 19 percent last year, Xinhua reported



The increase was attributed to good ties between China and Cambodia, said the assistant executive director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council



Total trade value between Cambodia and Hong Kong hit USD1 billion in 2013, increasing 19 percent from the year before it



Cambodia's export to Hong Kong came at USD108 million, soaring 60 percent



The assistant executive director said: "Cambodia's development and market expansion is important to Hong Kong.
