(MENAFN- Arab Times) The 15th Commercial Division of the Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Adel Al- Juwaid ordered a real estate company to pay KD 290,000 to a general trading and contracting company that carried out the construction and maintenance works of one of the towers owned by the real estate company.
The Court of First Instance had earlier issued a ruling that obliged the defendant to pay KD 134,000 to the plaintiff. During the court session, Lawyer Ali Al-Wawan requested the court to revoke the verdict of the Court of First Instance and oblige the defendant to pay KD 290,000 to his client after the expert issued a report indicating the eligibility of his client to receive the payment
