(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Salmi police are said to have arrested a GCC citizen for attempting to leave the country with subsidized foodstuff, reports Al-Rai daily.
While inspecting the luggage of a GCC citizen who works for the Kuwait Army, customs officers found foodstuff which is banned from taking out of the country by virtue of a circular issued by the Ministry of Commerce
