(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The Qatar Exchange in the green area on Wednesday adding 132.29 points (1.13%) advance to 11,822.78 points from 11,690.49 on Tuesday. The volume of the shares traded up to 20,519,342 from 14,023,380 on Tuesday and the value of shares increased to QR955,557,820.98 from QR611,438,127.91 Tuesday. Among the top gainers were Qatar National Bank which was up 2.83% to QR192.50, Qatar Islamic Bank gained 1.11% to QR81.80, Islamic Insurance added 1.68% to QR66.60 and Doha Bank up by 0.76% to QR66.50. The Banking and Financial sector index was added 1.68 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index rose 0.64 points. The industrial sector was lost 0.12 points while insurance sector up 2.49 point
