Jotun Saudia supports MECC 2014 as platinum sponsor

The bi-yearly event was organized by NACE Dhahran Saudi Arabia Section and the Bahrain Society of Engineers and is recognized as the prime venue for sharing knowledge among professionals in all areas of corrosion protection
During the four-day event, Jotun Saudia threw the spotlight onto its single source solution (SSS), a concept of a complete corrosion protection that makes use of combining technology from Jotun Protective & Powder Coatings

Rene Mayer, global concept manager, and Richard Cowl, global business development manager, both of Jotun Powder Coatings, gave a poster presentation on Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) for reinforcing steel while Miles Buckhurst, global concept director, and Anton Hajj, assistant global concept manager, both of HPI at Jotun Protective Coatings, spoke on the challenges for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) in the oil and gas industry
