The event in Muscat saw Brian Reilly, CEO for Zurich's General Insurance business in the Middle East, unveil the insurer's upgraded service-oriented operating model that will deliver a fast, simple and secure user experience for customers and brokers.
Zurich began operations in Oman in 2011 and currently offers a range of general insurance products, including motor and travel cover. The new operating model means customers can get a quotation, insurance cover or make a claim in as little as five minutes through a convenient toll-free number without ever needing to visit a Zurich branch.
Brokers too will have their toll-free number to provide them with convenient access to Zurich's global and regional network of support and expertise.
