Qatar's real estates prices increase 5 percent in January


(MENAFN) prices of residential real estate in Qatar have seen a 5 percent rise in value between December 2013 and January 2014, according to Khaleej Times



Properties in the country reached USD1.89 million in January this year compared to USD1.8 million in December 2013



Country manager of Qatar's leading property portal, propertyfinder.qa, said: "Since the successful World Cup bid and the introduction of new foreign ownership laws, there has been a sharp spike in property prices."
