Ireland lift Ryan back into Six Nations squad

The 30-year-old could help Six Nations leaders Ireland to their first Triple Crown since 2009 with a victory over England at Twickenham on Saturday



Ryan's return offsets the loss of Ulster's Dan Tuohy to a broken arm suffered in Ireland's 26-3 win over Wales



Iain Henderson, Mike McCarthy and Ryan will compete for a place on the bench to cover starting second-rowers Paul O'Connell and Devin Toner
