It said that during the month electronic NODX dipped, outweighing an increase in non-electronic NODX
Electronic NODX plunged 17 percent in January, following a 3.1 percent drop in December. Non-electronic NODX, however, slowed down from a surge of 10.6 percent in December to a rise of 3.5 percent in January
