Saudi: 188 beggars held in EP
(MENAFN- Arab News) Col. Ziad Al-Ruqaiti, spokesman for Eastern Province police, said Saturday that 188 beggars have been arrested to date this year.
He pointed out that women constituted 48 percent of the beggars arrested, whereas children accounted for 38 percent and men 14 percent.
