(MENAFN) TRI Hospitality Consulting said that Dubai hotels logged the highest profit levels in the region last year for the fourth year running, Arab News reported
The gross operating profit per room (GOPPAR) for the year increased 10.3 percent to USD206, it said
Average room rates (ARR) and RevPAR in the period were up 6.5 percent and 7.6 percent, respectively
Portfolio director of Reed Travel Exhibitions said: "The Dubai success story continues with increases right across the board.
