Eurozone trade surplus at USD19b in Dec.


(MENAFN) The eurozone economy was forecasted to log a trade surplus of USD19 billion in last December, increase from USD13.4 billion in the corresponding month a year earlier, Xinhua reported



The region"s trade in goods came at USD210.5 billion last year, soaring from USD109 billion in the year before it



In 2013, the European Union posted a trade surplus of USD68.3 billion, following a deficit of USD157.4 billion in 2012



Germany logged the largest surplus in the first 11 months of the year with USD254 billion, while Britain registered the largest deficit with USD107.5 billion
