(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) King Abdullah II of Jordan met in Washington with US Vice President Joe Biden and discussed the latest developments in the Middle East, mainly efforts to achieve peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis, as well as the crisis in Syria, Petra news agency reported. Talks during the meeting also dealt with the strategic Jordanian-US ties and ways to further boost these in various fields. King Abdullah II will continue his meetings today with US Congressional leaders and committees
