(MENAFN- Arab Times) In furtherance of VIVA's long term partnership agreement with the Kuwait Football Association (KFA), the fastest-growing and most developed Kuwaiti telecom operator Monday evening unveiled the new "VIVA Dawri " shields and medals to be used in all future matches, both locally and abroad. Also unveiled was the VIVA Dawri's new anthem orchestra music together with the logo animation, as part of the company's support of Kuwait's National football team. The unveiling ceremony was attended by senior representatives from VIVA, Kuwait Football Association (KFA), Kuwaiti sports personalities, as well as the press and bloggers
Commenting on the occasion to the media at a packed press conference, KFA's Chairman Sheikh Dr Talal Al Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah who is also Chairman of the National Olympic Committee, stated that he is sure the new anthem and animation, together with the new VIVA Dawri shields and medals, will help to inspire the national teams' supporters and players and encourage even greater commitment to the future of football in Kuwait. "This is an impressive feat by VIVA, and I thank them for their committed efforts to support teams at regional and international competitions. This will help us in meeting our objectives and usher in the beginning of professionalism in sports marketing amongst Kuwait's football loving community", he noted
For his part, VIVA's Chief Executive Officer, Eng Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Badran reiterated his company's tremendous efforts since its inception to support the sports sector as well as its willingness to continue to help expand the sports movement while also encouraging Kuwaiti national teams in their quests as part of its corporate social responsibility strategy. "We are very proud of our partnership with KFA and pleased to share with you the latest developments from our branding team who have created this anthem to be played before each time the Kuwaiti national team plays a game. We want the name of VIVA to become synonymous with sports sponsorship in all Kuwaiti football teams.

The VIVA CEO, in conclusion, expressed his sincere thanks to KFA officials, especially Sheikh Dr Talal Al Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, for giving VIVA the opportunity to be the official sponsor of the Kuwaiti league and share its vision of developing players in all facets of football while also working hand in hand towards a better future in sports. Under the partnership agreement, VIVA is set to be the exclusive sponsor of all national football teams that fall under KFA's umbrella for the 2013-2014 to 2017-2018 football seasons. The VIVA-League logo will be present in collaboration with KFA as part of the agreement initialed in 2011.
