Philippine export revenues up 3.61 percent in 2013


(MENAFN) The Philippine National Statistics Office (NSO) said that the country's export revenues hit USD53.79 billion last year, increasing 3.61 percent, Xinhua reported



The NSO said that the increased in export revenues was due to higher exports of forest, agro-based and mineral products



Export revenues hit USD4.59 billion in December, jumping 15.8 percent from the corresponding month a year earlier



Mineral product revenues surged 46.21 percent to USD3.41 billion, while that of forest products soared 61.21 percent to USD93.87 million
