(MENAFN) Firms from Vietnam invested around USD4.4 billion in foreign countries last year, Xinhua reported
A report by the country's Ministry of Planning and Investment shows that investments by Vietnamese companies increased considerably from USD1.54 in 2012
Investment licenses for 118 projects of local companies were granted by the ministry last year
Vietnamese firms were interested in investing in many industries including mining industry, farm production and electricity production
