(MENAFN) Taiwan's struggling smartphone maker HTC expects a net loss of as much as USD102.4 million as sales slowed down, according to Arab News
HTC revenues are expected to reach between USD1.119 billion and USD1.185 billion for the first quarter of 2014, a drop from USD1.409 billion in the same quarter in 2013
The company reported its first quarterly loss in the second quarter of 2013 which reached USD98 million, but registered a net profit in the fourth with a net profit of USD10.207 million
Chief Financial Officer Chang Chia-lin said he expects the company's sales to drop in February before picking up in March
