(MENAFN) UAE's Nakheel has started leasing of its retail in Al Furjan community centre this week, according to Arabian Business
The center includes 10,000 square meter available for shops, cafes, and other facilities
There will also be a gym, a community swimming pool, sports courts and parking for 360 cars
A Nakheel spokesman said: "Our new retail and recreational facility will be the heartbeat of Al Furjan. We are gearing up to bring a diverse range of well-known brands to this vibrant, ever-growing community.
In last year's fourth quarter, the company constructed 400 new homes and sold 500 villa plots at a new phase of the community
