(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) The commercial services group, Al Naba Holding, is relocating to more spacious and custom-designed premises “ a move that underscores its impressive transformation from a modest contracting firm into one of Oman's largest integrated services providers.


The transfer takes the Group's headquarters from its current location on November 18 Street in Al Khuwayr to Ghala Heights, billed as one of the most sought-after addresses in the fast-growing western suburbs of the capital city. The new building is an elegantly constructed, mixed use commercial and residential property that overlooks the Muscat Expressway on the edges of Ghala Industrial Area. Soaring nine floors high, the structure is a landmark in this rapidly urbanizing corner of Ghala.


Al Naba House' has been designed, built and fitted out by Al Naba Infrastructure “ a testament to the diverse capabilities of a corporate brand whose business interests span not only construction and Property Maintenance, but also Integrated Facilities Management, Catering and trading of Commercial Kitchen and Laundry Equipments.


Spread across an over 22,000sqm, the ground plus first three levels have been earmarked for commercial offices and outlets, the sprawling penthouse will accommodate the offices of the group's board of Directors. Al Naba hosts its offices on the second and third floor while the ground and first floor is open to tenancy.


The executive staff and their families will be housed in residential apartments that make up the five floors in-between. ''Bringing all of the business divisions of Al Naba and their management staff under one roof is all about driving synergies across the Group.
