(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Members of the Society received training from Nokia and were given Nokia Lumia smartphones to use during their visit Jebel Sifah Resort and were tasked with capturing the natural beauty of the setting, the architecture, different facilities and amenities including the marina, Sifawy Boutique hotel, villas and the marina town.


Five winners will each receive a complimentary one night stay for two people at Sifawy Boutique Hotel and the latest 41 MP Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone.


The winning images will be displayed in the Sifawy Boutique Hotel and promotional material including the Hotel's website for the world to view. ''Oman is a beautiful country with spectacular natural beauty and we are excited at the prospect getting of some incredible images. We are delighted to welcome the Photographic Society of Oman to experience the destination with Nokia and showcase the capabilities of the latest range of innovative smartphones,'' said Bahaa Hefzalla, marketing director, Muriya.

Jebel Sifah sits in a secluded private enclave lined by the Gulf of Oman, just a 45 minute drive through the valleys of the Al Hajar Mountains from Muscat. The Sifawy Boutique Hotel is located along the marina boulevard where pristine clear water sets the mood for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.
