(MENAFN) Dubai's e-Mart, an online property auction portal, is to hold its largest sale with lots at USD51.7 million going for sale, Arabian Business reported.

The auction, marking the third held since opening in 2013, is to feature five commercial and residential properties, Dubai Land Department said.

Senior director of Real Estate Registration at Dubai Land Department said: "This is e-Mart's third auction in less than two months, which shows the phenomenal demand for this service and e-Mart's growing reputation which is built on trust."

Auction organizers said that e-Mart's success was due to it following "world-class standards of transparency set by the portal".
