(MENAFN) Russia plans a barter trade framework with Iran, the Russian Economic Development Minister Aleksey Valentinovich Ulyukayev will reveal the announcement in his next visit to Tehran, according to Iran Daily
Russian ambassador to Iran Levan Jagarian said: "The Russian minister of economic development will visit Tehran with the proposal for building a railroad against Iran"s oil.
Russia will take this step as part of its major plan of strengthening economic ties with Iran
Jagarian said: "Iran and Russia are active in the political field and this can become an effective factor for the development of economic relations between the two countries.
