Zimbabwe, Mozambique oil firms create joint venture


(MENAFN) Zimbabwe's Exor Petroleum has reportedly formed a joint venture with Mozambican Petroleos de Mocambique, Xinhua reported



The joint venture, named PetromocExor, will re-brand all Exor service stations to reflect the new brand



Exor Petroleum's contribution to PetromocExor includes 14 operational service stations, four ready-to-build sites, four operational holding depots and one ready-to-build depot site



It will also contribute with commercial tanks across the country, while Petromoc's contribution will be working capital and vast technical capabilities



The company's general manager said: "We are already working on refurbishing the Sunningdale (Boshoff Drive) site and will move onto St Mary's in Chitungwiza, Kamfinsa in Greendale, Bulawayo and later the Masvingo proposed petroport project situated on the Harare to Beitbridge highway.
