(MENAFN - Arab Times) National Agencies Group, the authorized dealer for KIA Motors in Kuwait, made a powerful impression at the annual Auto Moto '14 car exhibition, held at Mall 360 over the period of Jan 21-25, 2014. In its second year of participation in Auto Moto, KIA continued its commitment to surprise the public with its exciting new generation of award-winning cars. A total of three models were on display, most notably the all-new 2014 Cerato KOUP, which made its debut at the exhibition, in addition to the KIA Quoris luxury sedan and the KIA Sorento midsize SUV. Visitors at the event had the opportunity to test drive the new KIAs& have all their questions & inquiries answered by KIA representatives.

"At KIA Motors Kuwait, nothing drives our spirit more than surrounding ourselves with people who are passionate about cars. From this perspective, we chose Auto Moto'14 as the ideal location to unveil the latest KIA innovation that is the all-new Cerato KOUP," explained Ms Nadia Gobran, KIA Kuwait Marketing & Business Development Manager. The All New Cerato KOUP replaces the first generation of the compact coupe which stunned the market in 2009 with its unique and sporty style. The 2014 version has been redesigned to feature a sleeker profile with futuristic styling elements while retaining the same bold character of its predecessor. Its interior cabin is equipped with all technical gadgets its young customer target can wish for.

According to Ms. Nadia, the Cerato Koup was inspired by European coupes and created at KIA's American Design Center in California. The design team was directed by Peter Schreyer, KIA's Chief Design Officer and headed by Tom Kearns, Chief Designer at KIA Motors America. In addition to the all-new Cerato KOUP, KIA showed off the KIA Quoris luxury sedan. The Quoris was launched in Kuwait end of November 2012 as KIA's first modern rear-wheel drive sedan and possesses class-leading features which place it as a true competitor to the established rivals. It was designed to give its owner an extreme luxury drive experience.

The third KIA on display at Auto Moto '14 was the KIA Sorento mid-size SUV, which seats up to seven people while offering a roomy interior cabin, sophisticated design, excellent performance and premium features. The Sorento has won numerous awards for its reliability, safety and value. Sorento comes in 2 engine sizes to accommodate various customer requirements: 3.5L, V6, 280 HP & 2.4L, 4 Cylinders, 176 HP. Auto Moto '14 was held at 360 Mall, which opened up its main atrium and surrounding open areas to over 25 brands showcasing over 70 vehicles& Motorcycles.
