(MENAFN) Nigeria plans to establish a gas pipeline project, and plans to invest USD700 million in it, said Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, according to Qatar News Agency
The pipeline will extend from Nigeria to Algeria, passing by a number of West African countries
The project will cost as much as USD20 billion, reported the Nigerian Tribune newspaper today
The Nigerian President revealed the announcement during the 30th meeting of the NEPAD Heads of State and Government Orientation Committee
