Dubai Taxi bags Middle East customer care award


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has clinched the Public Transport Customer Care Excellence Award in the 8th Middle East Customer Care Awards in recognition for its spectacular regional and international efforts in promoting customer services



In an event recently held by the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute at Burj Al Arab, Prince Fahad bin Mishary bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Director-General of Media & Awareness, Saudi Red Crescent Authority, felicitated the winners of the awards in the presence of Prince Abdulla bin Faisal, Director-General of International Affairs, and a number of senior government executives and business leaders as well as representatives of regional and international media



On this occasion, Mansour Rahma Al Falasi, acting CEO of the Dubai Taxi Corporation, congratulated all DTC employees and cabbies on winning this coveted accolade, saying: "Clinching this award has saddled DTC with yet more responsibilities in continuing its excellence drive, playing an important role in strengthening its standing in the taxi sector. The award will also help in promoting the sustainable economic development by uplifting the technical and operational efficiency, corporate performance and customer care, which contributes positively in raising the quality of services and thereby raising customers and community satisfaction.
