Kuwiat - Securitymen Arrest Expats For Violating Residency Law


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Securitymen from Jahra Security Directorate continued security crackdowns in the governorate, resulting in the arrest of a number of people wanted by law for their involvement in various crimes. This is in compliance with the instruction of Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah to launch security crackdowns in Taima and Saad Al- Abdullah. Securitymen established checkpoints through which 16 people were nabbed for violating the residency law and four others who were found to be involved in different cases. All those arrested were referred to the concerned security department for the necessary legal action



Meanwhile, in their recent campaigns, security operatives apprehended 30 individuals from different nationalities for violating residency law, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. Also, the officers arrested three juveniles for endangering life on the road after they were caught performing stunts with three cars which have been used for theft operations
