(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The mall and the hypermarket was inaugurated by Saeed Saif Al Kamzi, administrative director of Adnoc; Saeed Al Ahbabi, acting director, Adnoc and Eassa Saif Al Kamzi, head of Adnoc Housing, Ruwais; in the presence of Yusuffali MA, managing director, Ashraf Ali MA, director, Saifee Rupawala, CEO of Lulu Group and other guests and dignitaries
Located near the Ruwais Hospital, the new mall is spread across 300,000sqft and has more than 100 top shopping and leisure brands. Apart from top local and international brands the mall also has multiplex, amusement centre, food court and utility services. An ice skating rink will also be functional soon
Commenting on the new project Yusuffali said: "This is in sync with our stated policy to extending our footprint to the western regions of Abu Dhabi. With this new venture the residents of Ruwais and nearby areas like Gayathi, Madinat Zayed, can enjoy world-class shopping. Now they can get everything from daily grocery and food products to household, electronic, fashion and lifestyle products right at the door steps.
The Ruwais mall, which is built by the Adnoc authorities is being managed by the Lulu Group sister concern Line Investment Properties and has many brands like Splash, Babyshop, Daiso, Malabar Gold to name a few and many new stores are expected to be operation by the end of February
