(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) Sairung's office in Dubai's Business Bay will provide a range of services including real estate consultancy, legal expertise, business and travel solutions, primarily to cater to the group's large non-resident Indian clientele, said K.R. Malik, chairman and managing director of the group

"We have already a strong base of NRI customers in the region. With the launch of our overseas operations in Dubai, a land of boundless opportunities, we want to reach out to our customer base to offer a wider range of services, more efficiently and quickly," said Malik, a promoter of several mega real estate projects in Pune and Kerala

Speaking to Khaleej Times, Malik, who started his company in 1979 with a vision to provide "a piece of land for everyone," said Dubai office would offer, apart from property consultancy and sales services, legal assistance, business solutions as well as travel and holiday packages

"As a sought-after global destination for holiday makers and visitors, Dubai is the right place to launch our overseas travel services. Over the past few years, we have been experiencing a significant increase in demand for holiday and shopping travel to Dubai. With Dubai on the verge of a new round of tourism boom as it readies to host the World expo 2020, we believe we are well-positioned to serve this increased demand for holiday packages and shopping visits from Indian subcontinent," said Malik

SRK Global Tours, located at Business Bay, seeks to be the leader in all travel segments and holidaying services, he said

Sairung's another group company, A3 Global Law House, will also be part of Dubai operations to provide technology-powered legal services and business solutions, such as litigation services, including due diligence and document review, contract review and management, intellectual property, immigration, legal research and law firm support in India

A3 Global, which has offices in Pune, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Cochin and Dubai, has a team of experienced and skilled professionals

In Dubai, the group also intends to provide auditing services as well

"We are where our clients need us. Our professionals bring industry expertise to each engagement. As the preferred legal outsourcing provider and a leading law firm, A3 Global Law House is committed to client satisfaction," said Malik

He said his group, which has completed almost 40 projects so far, takes great pride in long-term client relationships and "goes that extra mile to consistently exceed high customer expectations.

Malik, who came to be noticed with the launch of Sairung City in Hinjewadi in mid-1980s, said what he believed as his single biggest achievement is the trust of over 10,000 customers, whom he has helped multiply their investments in a relatively shorter span of time
