Man cheats disabled brother: Police are looking for an unidentified Kuwaiti man who is believed to be abroad for betrayal of trust and cheating on his physically disabled brother, reports Al-Rai daily. A complaint in this regard has been filed by the victim's Arab wife at a local police station. In her complaint the wife said her husband was injured in a traffic accident and is suffering from permanent disability. The complainant added her husband is a retiree and received KD 30,000 in service indemnities and also following the accident an insurance company paid him KD 110,000.
