Earthquake Hits Iran's Semnan Province


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) An earthquake measuring 3.5 degrees on the open-ended Richter scale jolted suburbs of Shahmirzad in Iran's Semnan province on Thursday morning.



The tremor's epicenter was at 35.94 degrees latitude and 53.23 degrees longitude and in depth of 8 kilometers underground, (IRNA) news agency reported citing a report released by the seismography center of Tehran University's Geophysics Institute There is no immediate report on possible casualty or damage
