Dubai's Palm Jumeirah receives USD201m loan


(MENAFN) A Chinese major bank will finance Dubai's Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah project with as much as USD201 million, said SKAI Holdings, a Dubai-based real estate investment firm, according to Arabian Business



Last year, Group CEO of Skai Holdings Limited said: "We had an amazing conference in Beijing with brokers there. They saw the concept and payment plan and one stood up and said it was the best payment plan he had ever seen. We have a lot of Chinese buyers already.



Viceroy Palm Jumeirah will be comprised of 479 rooms and suites, including 222 signature Viceroy Residences, in adition to a beachside hotel with ten restaurants, a spa, indoor fitness facilities and three swimming pools
