Big Oil Firms Increase Pump Prices in Philippines


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Major oil companies increased pump prices Tuesday morning in the Philippines following significant price movements in the international petroleum market.



Total Corporation increased gasoline price by 45 centavos per liter and 60 centavos per liter of diesel effective 6am local time, the Philippines News Agency (PNA) sai



However, Total announced no movement in prices of kerosene unlike other oil firm



Petron Corporation and Shell Philippines increased the prices of their diesel by 60 centavos per liter; gasoline by 45 centavos per liter; and kerosene by 55 centavos per lite



Independent oil company Seaoil Philippines is set to increase Wednesday prices of its fuels and kerosene product



Gasoline price will go up by P0.45 per liter, diesel by P0.60 per liter and kerosene by P0.55 per liter, the company said.
