Saudi, India to strengthen bilateral ties


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia has announced its plan to strengthen trade and economic ties with India, according to Arab New



The announcement was revealed during a meeting between the Indian Finance Minister P. Chidambaram meets Minister of Commerce and Industry Tawfiq Al-Rabiah in Saudi last week



Sibi George, deputy chief of the Indian mission, said: "The two ministers will meet within the framework of the joint economic commission.



The two parties discussed several issues such as economy, trade and investments



Saudi Arabia has ranked fourth as the largest trade partner of India, as bilateral trade between them reached more than USD43.78 billion in 2012-201
